When Katie joined, she stepped right in and continued providing the same level of care and service.

Katie also started seeing my son for facials, and she has been amazing with him. He is autistic, and she is so patient and understanding of his sensory needs, offering breaks whenever he needs them. He loves going to see her, and his skin has improved so much. She’s even helped teach him the importance of skincare, and now when he knows he needs a facial he always asks to see Katie.
